Julian Vaughn was born December 16, 1988 at Reston Virginia, is 2.08m tall and plays the center position. Vaughn began his career at the Oak Hill Academy and then went to the renowned University of Georgetown. Following a four year tour with the Hoyas, he graduated the 2010-11 season. During his last year at college he averaged 8 points (51,9% with 2-pointers and 66,3% at free throws), 6,2 rebounds, 1,5 assists in 23.6 minutes per game in 32 games played.
Beginning his professional career, Julian Vaughn played in the Dominican Republic with Indios SFM (2010-11), he then played in the Belgian League with Antwerp (2011-12), in Cyprus with Keravnos (2012-13), while he played with KAOD for the Greek league last season. With the Drama team and in 26 games of the regular season (20:47 min per game) he averaged, 9.2 points (53,4% in free throws, 62,2% in 2-pointers) and 5.3 rebounds.
