PAOK BC coach Mr. Soulis Markopoulos comment after the game against Zieloan Gora: "These Eurocup games are tough. My team showed character and my players remained focused. Our defense was the key weapon that created dangerous situations for the opposing basket. We built a difference early on and kept it to the end beating a very strong team that missed qualification to the Euroleague by two shots at the last minute. It's still very early on, I only hope we remain healthy. We'll have to see what happens with Odum's injury".

 

Mr.Andrezj Adamek, coach of Stelmet Zielona Gora, comment: "We knew it was going to be a very tough game, when you play against a team that won in Turkey in two overtimes and beat one of the group favorites, you have to expect a very tough game. We played a solid first quarter, but then we received too many threes and although we tried to keep up and maintained a decent margin until about two or three minutes to the end of the first half, things went down and the game ended for us. You cannot expect much when you shoot so poorly".
