The first festival was held on Sunday, February 14 in Heraklion, Crete where 830 children and 1.050 parents and chaperons participated in activities at the Pankritio Stadium. Limoges CSP advanced to the Eurocup eighthfinals by downing PAOK Thessaloniki 79-61 at home in Group I on Wednesday. EWE Baskets Oldenburg completed sweep of PAOK Thessaloniki with an 83-71 victory to climb atop the Group I standings with a 3-1 record. PAOK fell to 1-3 and last place in the group standings.
